Microsoft has unveiled a range of new always-connected laptops powered by its AI assistant Copilot, developed in partnership with several major PC manufacturers. The new “Copilot+ PCs” are optimized for AI experiences and powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon computing platforms.
Microsoft Partners with PC Makers for Copilot+ Laptops
Key players like Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, and Microsoft’s own Surface line are all introducing Copilot+ models over the next year. Acer’s Swift 14 AI and ASUS’ Vivobook S 15 will be available this month, featuring AI capabilities like voice notes and meeting summaries.
Dell is launching five new Copilot+ laptops including the premium XPS 13 andLatitude business devices. HP’s OmniBook X AI and EliteBook Ultra aim at productivity with features like auto-framing cameras. Lenovo’s consumer Yoga Slim 7x and enterprise ThinkPad T14s are optimized for creative work and business tasks.
Samsung’s Galaxy Book4 Edge stands out with its ultra-thin design and vivid AMOLED display. Microsoft also announced Surface Pro and Laptop models will support Copilot. Prices start from $999 and most models will be available by June 18th through major retailers.
All of the new Copilot+ PCs include multi-day battery life and are powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon computing platforms for enhanced AI processing abilities. Capabilities like real-time transcription, virtual assistant access, and AI-optimized apps are designed to make the laptops more intelligent and intuitive to use for both work and entertainment.
